Scrolling through my YouTube feed, I came across a video from my favorite ADHD YouTuber, ADHD Love. Watching the pair — he’s a normie, she’s ADHD punktastic — always puts a smile on my face.
Sometimes I end up crying, feeling way too seen. But it’s a good cry, I promise.
Today’s random video pointed me toward something different, something new. An app they developed to help others with ADHD to get their cleaning act together — working with their ADHD instead of against it. Naturally, I downloaded it immediately. (Was there even a question?)
Everything about the app brought tears to my eyes. I was so moved, the only thing I could think to do was write about it and spread the word. These people get it. All the videos they’ve got are part of the intro deal (watch one before you subscribe), even the 1 hour ones. They gently suggest you make sure it works for you before you buy — and if you haven’t used the app in awhile, they will send you a reminder and suggest if it’s not working for you, to cancel the subscription. They even send you a notification a month before the annual sub renews, so the charge doesn’t come as a surprise.
The app is called Dubbii. Check out the video I watched and see if it’s something you’d like to use (or share):
Why is this on both Substack and Medium?
Because being so short, it’s technically viewable for free on Medium anyway. Besides, members tend to enjoy knowing they’re supporting each other. It seemed a win-win. If you don’t like it, don’t click the Medium link. No harm, no foul. ;)
Until next time, follow yourself, always!
